If they don't post, and their accounts remain almost inactive, they'll be deleted or banned from certain parts until more activity? I don't know.

They don't seem to like rules like that. It could chase them away...
I think they come online the first few days, then they sort of stop. Maybe if we're über nice right away..I mean we are nice now
